Blake is a joyful, fun-loving 7-year-old boy who fills every room with his bright smile and boundless energy. He lives with Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy caused by a Bilateral Perinatal Stroke — but he never lets any diagnosis define him. Blake’s strength, determination, and positive spirit shine through in everything he does. He loves playing on his Challenger League baseball team, participating in Cub Scouts, and spending time with friends and family. Some of Blake’s favorite activities include swimming, roller skating, bowling, and enjoying rides at amusement parks — always with the biggest smile on his face!
