McGill University, October 2021
FairPlay facilitated a workshop series for graduate students in a Design of Assistive Technology course, taught by Dr. Stefanie Blain-Moraes, Ph.D., P.Eng. Students adapted 10 toys and created 3 adaptive to libraries to donate to local facilities. The workshop was led virtually over Zoom, with students primarily following FairPlay's step-by-step e-guides to adapt to the toys.
SHAD Program, July 2021
FairPlay facilitated a workshop program for highschool students in the SHAD program, a month-long program for high-achieving Canadian students. Students adapted 50+ toys and donated them to local schools, clinics, and community centers. The workshop was led virtually over Zoom by FairPlay workshop leader Emily Wolfram.
